With a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our client base.Job OverviewWe are looking for a talented and motivated Full-time Sales Representative to drive our commercial roofing service sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, commercial roofing, and service/maintenance sales. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for commercial roofing services.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate roofing needs and provide accurate quotes and proposals.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, roofing technologies, and competitor offerings.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Manage and track sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's services.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.Upsell additional services to existing clients, such as maintenance contracts and roof inspections.Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the commercial roofing or construction industry.Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales or related field.Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
