This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is highly comfortable working with stakeholders and a variety of digital tools, systems, and platforms.The Marketing Project Coordinator will play a key role in keeping marketing projects moving efficiently from concept to completion, while also supporting website updates, event setup, vendor coordination, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations for multiple practice brands and locations. A strong aptitude for learning new technologies quickly and navigating multiple systems with confidence is essential for success in this role.What You Will DoProject CoordinationManage incoming marketing requests and help prioritize workflowsTrack timelines, deliverables, and project milestones in our PM systemsCoordinate with internal team members, practice leaders, providers and vendorsHelp ensure projects stay on schedule and organizedWebsite & Digital SupportUpdate website content in WordPressUpload blogs, provider bios, landing pages, and formsHelp maintain accuracy across multiple websites and listingsCoordinate and schedule social media content in scheduling platformsEvents & Continuing Education SupportBuild registration pages, forms, and event setup in web platformsSupport CE programs, referral events, and internal meetingsHelp coordinate attendee lists, invitations, and logisticsCreative & Brand SupportCoordinate production of marketing materials, signage, apparel, and print assetsAssist with proofing and quality control per brand standardsMaintain the internal store and keep organized asset librariesReporting & Administrative SupportData entry and upkeep of marketing databases and spreadsheetsAssist with campaign reporting and KPI trackingSupport miscellaneous marketing initiatives as neededWhat You Bring2+ years experience in marketing, project coordination, admin, or operationsHighly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, platforms, and toolsComfortable working across multiple digital platforms simultaneously (web, CRM, event systems, project tools, etc.)Experience with Project Management systems like Monday.comStrong organizational and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail and follow-throughStrong written communication skillsPositive, team-first attitudeHealthcare or multi-location experience is a plusExperience with WordPress or similar CMS preferred
