Sales Associate / Stylist

The Blue Door is looking to add an additional member to our boutique team! We are a family-owned business, based in Columbus, Georgia, since 2005. If you are a people person who enjoys fashion and a team environment, this might be the perfect fit for you! This job has excellent work hours: Tuesdays - Saturdays only, from 10:00am - 6:00pm, with option to be full or part-time. (Includes 2-3 Saturdays per month.) Pay rate for part-time employees starts at $13.50/hour ($12.50/hour during training), with monthly bonus opportunities to make up to an additional $300/month. 35% employee discount. 401k, 401k match, and profit sharing program. Additional benefits including health/vision/dental insurance, disability are available to full-time employees. Primary duties include: 1. Greeting each customer as they enter the store. 2. Building rapport with customers through genuine customer service. 3. Styling fitting rooms and making style suggestions based on product knowledge. 4. Checking customers out through POS system. 5. Answering phone calls courteously and professionally. 6. Dressing mannequins and merchandising the sales floor. 7. Maintaining a clean and neat space, including steaming clothes. 8. Working with your team to meet monthly sales goals. 9. Opening and closing register to reconcile daily payments Our boutique team is comprised of a wonderful group of hard-working, team players who work together in a close-knit, family type setting.
