Seeking a full-time BC/BE Gastroenterologist to lead as Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Medical Director, providing expert care and advancing IBD programs just northwest of Boston, MA.Details: Lead a specialized team of IBD-focused gastroenterologists and advanced practice providers, with broad support from a team including nurse navigator, IBD clinic pharmacy team, research coordinator Collaborate closely with leading Colorectal Surgeons, Dietitians, and Behavioral Health providers Protected time can be provided for research and administrative duties Expectation to be actively engaged in research and academic activities Department Size: 19 physicians and 9 advanced practitioners Approx. 35,000 outpatients/year Approx. 20,000 procedures annually Division Scope: IBD, Liver Disease and Liver Transplant, Advanced Endoscopy, Gastrointestinal Motility, Large Endoscopy Suite Many providers within the department are nationally and locally recognized as leaders in their fields Compensation/Benefits: Pay Range: $425k - $550k Comprehensive benefits package Reimbursement for interview related expenses Relocation support Assistance provided with licensing, credentialing and all other on-boarding related matters The Community: Living in this vibrant suburban town offers a perfect balance of peaceful residential life and easy access to major metropolitan areas.
