Senior Training Specialist

Job Description: Job Summary:Conduct analysis of design change packages to develop training needs analysis for the electrical maintenance training program.Develop and deliver new electrical maintenance training materials based on the outcome of the training needs analysis.Deliver electrical safety training and electrical task training to contract support personnel.Provide outage support for the in-processing and training of contract support personnel.Top 3 Required SkillsNuclear electrical craft work experience (Journeyman or Master Industrial Electrician)Nuclear instructor / trainerExperience with breakers/motors/UPSWhat soft skill requirements do you have (team fit and personality requirements)?Strong communication skills both verbal and written.Ability to work in a hands-on training setting.Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.Nice to Have Skills:Supervisor5+ years training electrical craft workers.Preferred Years of Experience:5 years industrial electrical experienceEducation:Bachelor's degree or Journeyman industrial electricianAre any certification required:Required one or the other - Instructor, either INPO or commercial utility instructor program, Navy Nuclear certification, shipyard electrical certificationAre there any specific companies/industries you’d like to see in the candidate’s experience?Commercial nuclearNavy nuclearShipyard
