This position reports to the Director of Property Management and Maintenance. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, can work independently with minimal supervision, and consistently completes projects from start to finish.Candidates must have a reliable personal vehicle for travel between properties.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform light repairs and adjustments on plumbing systemsRepair interior and exterior finishes, including drywallTroubleshoot and repair minor electrical issuesMaintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of propertiesRepair and maintain water pumps and fountainsManage time efficiently while working independentlyComplete assigned tasks thoroughly and on scheduleQualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or G.E.D. requiredValid driver's license requiredReliable personal vehicle requiredMinimum of 2 years of general maintenance experience (commercial environment preferred)Minimum of 2 years of plumbing and electrical experienceHVAC certification strongly preferredSkills & AbilitiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong problem-solving and time management skillsAbility to follow instructions and complete reportsPhysically capable of:Stooping and climbingLifting 40 lbs or moreWork AreaMust be able to work throughout the Austin-San Antonio metropolitan area#BGTA#ZIPTA
