The Coordinator will be responsible for designing and implementing workforce development strategies to help us strengthen our workforce. This role does include travel to local job sites to assess skills of field employees.QualificationsSkilled in delivering programs for a variety of employeesStrong organizational, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environmentPrevious experience in industrial contracting, manufacturing or a related field is highly desirableEqual Opportunity Employer
