Project Architect/Project Manager

Job Description: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Background/Education Professional (NAAB Accredited) Degree in Architecture / Licensed Architect preferred (or in progress) Must have 10+ years of experience working on/managing projects in an architectural design firm Multi-family housing Experience beneficial Higher Education Experience preferred Knowledge And Skillset Required Strong Revit and production skills Interest in leadership and ability to develop project management skills. Interest in building and nurturing client relationships. Graphic communication skills to support a variety of presentation media: presentation drawings, marketing materials, feasibility studies, etc. proficiency in Sketchup, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign Skilled in analytical thinking to support the design process Self-motivated individual able to work well in a collaborative office environment Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative suite. Ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines and interact effectively with others in the workplace.
