IT Service Desk AgentLocation: South Jordan, UTDuration: 12 Months ContractPay Rate: $24/hr (W2)Overview:Seeking an IT Service Desk Agent to provide first-level technical support via phone and chat in a 24x7 environment. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving IT issues, and maintaining accurate ticket documentation.Key Responsibilities:Provide front-line IT support for software, hardware, and systemsTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues or escalate as neededDocument incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in ticketing systemsManage multiple requests while ensuring high first-contact resolutionCommunicate effectively with users and maintain a customer-first approachCollaborate with team members and support continuous process improvementsRequirements:High school diploma or GED required2–5 years of IT support/customer service experience (phone/chat)Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentBasic knowledge of Windows systems and IT toolsAdditional:Flexible to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtimeExperience in high-tech, fast-paced environments preferred
