You will work with a team of experienced mechanics to ensure all customer vehicles are maintained, repaired, and cared for to the highest standards. We are currently looking for applicants with skill levels that range from Entry Level Technician to a GM Master Technician.Responsibilities: Performing diagnostic tests to identify vehicle problemsRepairing and replacing parts on vehiclesConducting routine maintenance and inspectionsTest driving vehicles to ensure proper functionalityDocumenting all work performed and parts usedCommunicating with customers regarding vehicle issues and repairsKeeping up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologiesPerform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and per the dealershipTest drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentDiagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systemsCommunicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is neededProvide estimates needed for additional repairsExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsRequirements: Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar roleIn-depth knowledge of automotive systems and repairsStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent manual dexterityAbility to operate and use automotive diagnostic equipmentGood communication and customer service skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseBenefits: Top Tier Compensation determined by skill level, experience, & knowledge as an Automotive Technician.Opportunity for growth and advancement within the companyHealthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision)Retirement savings plansPaid Vacations, Holidays, and Sick DaysEmployee discounts on vehicles and servicesPaid Training & CertificationsGreenville Chevrolet is committed to providing the best automotive experience to our customers.
