Safety first, lead warehouse safety audit and eliminate potential safety risks. And ensure every warehouse employee follows safety rules and relevant PPE is guaranteed during normal work in warehouse. Lead daily 5S activity in warehouse and conduct regular 5S audit. Manage warehouse team, ensure timely GRN, material feeding/kitting, pallet packing and shipping. Familiar with basic warehouse management principles, including FIFO (First-In, First-Out), inventory record/card/physical consistency, and location management. Proficient in ERP / warehouse system operations, ensuring inventory data is timely, accurate, and reliable. Manage storage locations in a systematic and scientific manner, ensuring ERP bin locations are consistent with physical storage locations. Implement and continuously improve warehouse rules, operating standards, and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs. Ensure compliance of receiving, issuing, material return, and inventory counting processes with company procedures and policies. Handle nonconforming materials, obsolete/slow-moving inventory, and ECN-related materials in accordance with defined procedures. Strictly execute periodic inventory counts in line with company policies, analyze inventory variances, drive corrective actions, and ensure book-to-physical inventory accuracy. Develop and train warehouse staff to become multi-skilled operators, improving workforce flexibility and operational resilience. Ensure 100% shipping and picking accuracy, preventing customer complaints (both internal group customers and external customers) or production line stoppages caused by incorrect shipments or mis-picking. Collaborate efficiently with other departments; when abnormalities/issues occur, provide timely feedback, coordinate resources, and drive resolution. Other tasks that are required by the company or delivered by the manager.

Minimum 10 years of end-to-end warehouse management experience, including 3-5 years leading a team of 10+ people. Strong logical and analytical thinking. Extensive ERP user experience and strong system operation skills. Valid forklift license is a plus. Full-time college degree (Associate) or above. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (spoken/Oral English required). Mid-year or year-end cycle counting skill is preferred. Able to work under pressure and adapt to changes in production pace/schedule.
