This role is available as both full-time and part-time, W-2 employment, with a consistent, ongoing schedule supporting clients onsite during standard business hours.ConnectedHR provides fractional HR support to small to mid-size companies, partnering closely with leadership teams to deliver strategic and hands-on HR solutions.This is not a side gig or 1099 contract role. It is an opportunity for well-rounded HR professionals who enjoy being hands-on across all functional areas while partnering closely with clients to support both day-to-day operations and long-term success.Our consultants are:Highly experienced HR professionals.Hands-on and solutions-oriented across all HR functions.Trusted partners to managers and leadership teams.Collaborative, accountable, and results-driven.What You’ll DoAs an HR Generalist Consultant, you will support clients across a variety of industries with both tactical and strategic HR needs.
