Central Care Services Job Descriptions BCBA Job Summary: Central Care Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients. We offer flexible scheduling and competitive pay paid biweekly or monthly. Responsibilities: Provide ABA services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Conduct assessments, develop behavioral plans, and train caregivers on implementing behavioral strategies Supervise and mentor BCaBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other support staff Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans Collaborate with clients' families, schools, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA Requirements: Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or completion of coursework and supervised experience hours Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities To apply, please submit your application today!
