Technical Project Manager

*5-month contract*W2 only, No C2C (Sponsorship not available)*Not accepting 3rd party resumesThe Technical Project Manager oversees multiple projects and manages SOW requirements and deliverables. Responsibilities include navigating project changes, removing roadblocks, and ensuring timely completion with high customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders, anticipating bottlenecks, and managing scope, schedule, and budget.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute 2-week Agile sprint cycles, adapting to customer needs.Manage resources and align schedules based on stakeholder decisions.Produce organizational charts and facilitate communication among stakeholders.Conduct weekly reporting and proactively mitigate risks.Implement change management processes as needed.Host leadership meetings and maintain relationships with key partners.Ensure alignment with organizational goals and manage system integrations.Communicate project status regularly and present technical matters to various stakeholders.Drive consensus among senior stakeholders and manage through ambiguity.Foster relationships with Software Partners and identify growth opportunities.Ensure team deliverables and attendance are met, escalating issues as necessary.Skills & Experience:Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Leadership and team-building abilities with a focus on detail and results.Experience in technical project management and systems integration.Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.Requirements:Must know and practice Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) and be able to run 2-week sprints.ITIL Best Practice Knowledgebase.Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience with technical subjects and emerging technologies in enterprise monitoring environments/solutions such as: Datadog, Science logic, Dynatrace, RapDev, New Relic, AppDynamics, Splunk, etc.Experience in consistently managing multiple different projects and deadlines.Successful systems integration or implementation project management experience and positive outcomes.Experience working with JIRA ticketing.Proficient in utilizing Slack and Zoom for meetings and communications.Excellent Microsoft suite proficiency, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.Must be willing and able to complete software training certifications as requested.
