Regional Sales Team Lead

MUST BE LOCATED IN TAMPA FLThe Regional Sales Team Lead is a hunter-first, field-based sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth across their assigned Florida market. This role owns the full sales cycle — from lead generation through close — while serving as the local face of ZEO to physicians, clinic owners, and partners. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who builds pipeline independently, closes consultatively, and lays the groundwork for future team expansion in their market.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead GenerationOwn and grow your territory by independently prospecting and generating new business with physician-run clinics, integrative health practices, med spas, and aesthetic providersBuild and manage a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry eventsIdentify high-value target accounts and develop tailored strategies to win themSales ExecutionRun the full sales cycle: discovery, clinical and business case presentation, objection handling, and closeEducate physicians and clinic decision-makers on the clinical applications and ROI of ZEO's exosome and stem cell productsHit and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targetsAccount Growth & RetentionOnboard new accounts and ensure successful product adoptionDeepen existing accounts through ongoing education, training support, and access to ZEO's growth programs (including the ZEO Masterclass and patient masterclass program)Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clinics in your regionMarket LeadershipRepresent ZEO at regional conferences, CME events, and industry gatheringsProvide field intelligence to marketing and leadership on competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and customer needsHelp shape the playbook as ZEO scales — your wins inform how we expandQualificationsRequired3+ years of medical, pharmaceutical, biologics, or device sales experienceDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quotaProven ability to self-generate pipeline (not reliant on inbound or marketing-sourced leads)Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skillsBased in or willing to relocate to Orlando, Tampa, or NaplesValid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory (50–75%)PreferredExperience selling regenerative medicine, exosomes, stem cells, orthobiologics, aesthetics, or related clinical productsExisting network of physician or clinic relationships in FloridaExperience selling to cash-pay or concierge medical practicesWhat We Offer73k Competitive base salary + 10% uncapped commission structureBest-in-class exosome and stem cell product portfolioTurnkey clinical and patient education programs that accelerate account growthDirect access to executive leadership and a clear path to grow with the companyHealth benefits, paid time off, and travel/expense reimbursement
