Part-Time Front Desk & Mail Associate
Shift Workspaces, Denver’s premier luxury coworking space, is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk & Mail Associate to provide exceptional service to our members. This position plays a vital role in managing daily operations across mail services and coworking community needs. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is perfect for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, hospitality-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMail & Package ManagementReceive, sort, and distribute mail and packages to membersMaintain an organized mailroom system, ensuring packages and correspondence are accounted for and easily accessible.Regularly audit mailroom supplies (e.g., shipping labels, packing materials) and place replenishment orders as needed.Member SupportGreet and assist members and guestsServe as the primary contact for mail inquiriesHelp members with bookings, onsite requests, and basic tech troubleshootingProcess invoices for day passes, meeting rooms, postage, printing, and cateringCommunity & FacilitiesSupport member events and contribute to a welcoming, service-oriented environmentAssist with facilities coordination, vendor communication, and maintenance requestsHelp with office move-ins/outs and onsite operational needsSystems & Admin SupportUpdate operational software systems and partner platformsEnter member charges and assist with monthly billingSupport the operations team with data entry and documentationBrand Alignment and Development:Work alongside the General Manager to understand, embrace, and embody the Shift Workspaces brand.Consistently exhibit and promote the Shift Workspaces brand identity through interactions with members, prospective clients, and investors.Participate in training and development initiatives to deepen understanding of Shift Workspaces' mission and vision, applying this knowledge to daily responsibilities.We're a small, collaborative team--this role may evolve over time, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as operational needs arise.
