Strategic Sourcing Analyst CTR (W2 ONLY)

Job Title: Strategic Sourcing AnalystType: ContractStart Date: 10/21/2024End Date: 04/25/2025Location: Remote or San Francisco, CAWe are seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst to join our growing team within the Global Source to Pay organization. This position will support various contract negotiations and vendor relationships to maximize the organization's value and ensure internal teams have the necessary tools and services for success. The role primarily focuses on managing contract purchases, working closely with internal stakeholders, and driving key spend management projects.Key Responsibilities:Support contract negotiations for new and existing suppliers in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Business Partners, and Security.Perform market research, data analysis, cost modeling, and supplier communications.Manage projects that achieve savings, process efficiency, supplier consolidation, risk reduction, and improved expenditure control.Update and ensure the accuracy of Desktop Procedures (DTP) and documentation, identifying and resolving any gaps.Initially focused on Marketing support (~20 requests/month), with opportunities to expand to other areas as needed.Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.Strong prioritization skills and the ability to execute tasks promptly.Demonstrated quantitative skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.Bachelor's Degree required.Nice to Have:Interest in digital currencies and emerging technologies.Schedule:Full-time, 40 hours per weekStart: 10/21/2024End: 04/25/2025
