Grow your expertise in accounting while working with a motivated and enthusiastic team at our Northwest Dallas Headquarters.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with Accounts Receivable processing, including chargebacks and dispute resolutionSupport bi-monthly TABC reporting and complianceAssist with fleet management tracking and reportingCollaborate with inventory control and accounting teams for data accuracyPerform additional accounting duties as assignedQualifications & Skills2–3+ years of experience including AP and ARProficiency with Sage Intacct or similar cloud-based accounting systems preferredStrong Microsoft Excel skillsHigh attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced settingStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience in multi-location retail or inventory-driven environments is a plusKnowledge of beverage alcohol industry regulations (TABC) is a plusWork Environment & BenefitsFull-time, onsite Monday to Friday at Northwest Dallas HeadquartersCompetitive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, employee discounts, referral program, and paid trainingSupportive and enthusiastic team cultureOpportunity to develop accounting skills and grow your careerReady to join a fun and dynamic company?
