MURPHY'S MOUNTAIN GRILL, located in Downtown Evergreen is hiring a bartender. BARTENDING EXPERIENCE A MUST! Serving shifts will also be available. Our team is engaged, has high standards of excellence and works together in a fun, fast paced environment. Murphy's Mountain Grill is a unique chef driven concept, serving craft cocktails, and open daily 11:00am - 9:00pm, closed on Tuesday. Compensation: Base Compensation: $12.14 per hour Additional Compensation: Your tips earned (we do not pool tips). Servers typically retain approximately 70% of the tips they earn after a tip out to the support team and bartender. Murphy's Mountain Grill Bartender/Server Job Requirements: - Available to work a minimum of four shifts per week - including weekends. - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, following established recipes and presentation standards. - Engage with guests to recommend drinks and menu items, enhancing their overall experience through knowledgeable suggestions. - Take food orders accurately and deliver exceptional service in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction. - Strict adherence to restaurant procedures and guidelines - Knowledge of POS systems, we use Toast - Compliant with sanitation and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Basic math skills, and ability to handle cash transactions - Check customers identification and confirm legal drinking age - Monitor alcohol consumption to prevent over-intoxication - Certification in responsible alcohol service (we will assist you in obtaining if you don't already have) - Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time, full use of legs, arms, both hands, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
