The Supervisor elevates complex issues to Team Manager, AOC or Hospice MD on call. The RN Supervisor also provides quality professional telephonic intervention to patients based on the Plan of Care.Qualifications:Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN or BS degree preferredThree years of Hospice nursing experienceSupervisory or leadership experience preferred2-5 years Hospice experience/On Call requiredNew York State RN licensureNYS valid license preferredCurrent CHPN certification preferred
