Job Description:The Coil Fabricator is responsible for properly setting up, stacking, testing, as well as, properly drying, standing up, moving, and detailing coils. Assisting machine operators in the department may be required.Job Qualifications:Maintain positive, cheerful, and professional behavior dailyMaintain good attendance and time management while at workAble to be a team member and take advice and instruction from senior operatorsAble to properly operate a machine in the department (i.e. bender)Setting up coils with minimal supervision. Duties to include: Reading prints, stacking and testing circuits.Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety regulations at all timesMaintain a clean work environmentAssist in other areas of the plant if requiredAdhere to all company policies and work rulesAble to read and understand Engineering drawingsRead a measuring tape down to 1/32 of an inchAble to properly use hand toolsWork with supervision of department supervisor and Coil Senior OperatorsAble to operate the 10-ton crane, or ability to be trained for crane operationPhysical Requirements:Industrial Setting (i.e. factory)Requires very good agility (i.e. Bending, standing, walking, reaching, twisting and lifting)Lifting and Carrying parts up to 50lbs, or 100lbs+ with assistance (i.e. two-person lift, mechanical lifting)Normal work week Monday through Friday, occasional weekend workSafety glassesCut resistant gloves when handling materialCut resistant sleevesSteel or composite toe boots/shoesBump caps when utilizing overhead crane or entering unitsFace shield when grinding or cuttingEvapco's Summary of Pay & Benefits:The salary range consists of base pay and the most recent profit sharing bonus amounts.Medical, Vision, & Dental Insurance.Employee Stock Ownership Program - we are an employee-owned company.Profit Sharing Bonus - paid twice per year.Pretax Savings & Investment Plan.Paid Holidays.Paid Vacation.Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave.Bereavement Pay.Company Paid Basic Life Insurance equivalent to base salary, with option for Supplemental Life election.Sick Leave.Long Term Disability.
