Celebrating and embracing the diverse thoughts and perspectives that make up our workforce means our company is more vibrant, innovative, and better able to support the people and communities we serve.Summary of Job DutiesReviews ID cards and verifies accuracy.Confirm benefits on detailed benefit templates.Takes initiative to check questions or unusual situations with management in accordance with established guidelines.Ensures thorough and timely completion of request for ID cards.Investigates requests from internal customers for special handlings, investigation of status of ID cards.Handles ID card request received via system from other departments.Notifies the Manager of situations that will impact access to Care for Customers.Responds to and resolves all inquiries in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.Maintains established quality and quantity production Standards.Demonstrates initiative in clarifying and exploring unusual requests.Elevate issues and risks in a timely fashion to achieve resolution and mitigation.Provide routine status reports.Performs other duties as assignedSummary of Qualifications2 - 3 years' experience in the health insurance industry with a combined focus on production and quality.Demonstrates ability to deal effectively with others and have a willingness to be a team player.Able to multitask, adapt to changing environment, willing to change priorities, ability to adhere to procedures and guidelines, review card ID detail, demonstrated professionalism.Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven teamWorking knowledge of how benefits are constructedAbility to learn new thingsExcellent communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent organization skillsProblem solver and self-starterStrong attention to detailAbility to accurately handle multiple and varied activities simultaneouslyHigh School degree or equivalent.IBX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
