If you have a passion for music and helping others on their musical journey, we would love to speak with you today!In this job, you'll be working directly with customers - in-person, via phone, and through e-mail - to meet their musical needs by:Selling - instruments, accessories, print music, etc.Renting - band, orchestra & other instruments, accessible to everyone!Enrolling - sign up new students for lessons at the Menchey School of Music!Other duties include:Troubleshooting customer issues and finding solutionsMaintaining a clean and organized storeOpening and closing the store according to policiesCash handling - daily balancing of cash drawerTraining on instruments, new products, and sales techniquesRequirementsRequired Experience:HS Diploma or GEDAbility to play a musical instrumentGeneral knowledge of musical instruments and written musicPreferred Experience:Previous retail or sales experienceThese positions are year-round positions.
