As our client's Licensing and Contracting Manager, you'll have the exciting opportunity to lead, train, and coach a dedicated team while shaping the way exceptional service is delivered.HOURS: 9 am to 5 pmDURATION: Direct HireWORKPLACE: In officePAY: $65,000 – $82,500 base salaryBENEFITS: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with employer match, and paid time offKey Responsibilities-Work with relevant vendors for necessary follow up-Review and follow up with agents and carriers on all requirements-Process all insurance cases within Salesforce-Provide professional correspondence via email and phone-Understand carrier workflows and carrier specific nuances-Work closely with their team to meet common goals and assist when able.-Understand carrier workflows and maneuver carrier websitesQualifications-5+ years of life and annuity insurance industry experience-Minimum 3-5 years in a management role-Strong knowledge of new business case management in life insurance-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite-Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills-Proven ability to lead teams with a servant leadership approach-Ability to prioritize, delegate, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
