The Senior Operations Manager exists to:run and strengthen day-to-day operations across the venture buildermanage multiple projects and programs in parallel, without losing controlhelp ventures scale without breakingcoach teams and leaders to operate with clarity, discipline, and confidenceensure people, processes, and cadence are ready for growth This role is not about replacing founders or leadership. It’s about being a force multiplier for them.ResponsibilitiesYou are a hands-on senior operator and program manager, not a distant strategist. You will:Run and continuously improve operational execution across venturesOwn multi-project and program execution across the portfolioCoordinate priorities, dependencies, and timelines across teams and venturesPartner closely with the COO and Venture Leads to support scale-up readinessWork directly with teams to remove friction and unblock executionDesign and run operational cadence across multiple parallel initiativesSupport hiring, onboarding, and team setup across venturesCoach and mentor operators, squad leaders, and emerging managersRaise the bar for execution quality — calmly, constructively, and consistentlyWork closely with growth and product teams to ensure:experiments ship reliablylearning is captured and reusedproduct and growth operations scale together You lead through structure, clarity, and presence, not hierarchy.QualificationsWe’re looking for a senior operator with real scale-up and program management experience — someone who can hold a lot of moving parts without dropping execution quality. You are someone who has:run operations inside startups and scale-upsmanaged multiple projects and programs in parallel, across teams and prioritiesbuilt and maintained execution plans, timelines, and dependency mapspartnered closely with product and growth teams in execution-heavy environmentssupported or owned growth and product operations (experimentation, cadence, learning loops)worked across multiple ventures or portfoliosbeen accountable for delivery, execution, and people outcomesseen what breaks as companies grow — and helped fix it You are:highly structured and execution-drivenstrong at prioritization and tradeoff decisionscalm under complexity and pressurecomfortable coordinating across many stakeholdersconfident, but humble — you don’t need the spotlight to have impact How You’ll Work With UsYou are part of an operations team, not a solo hero.
