Lead Accountant

A company is looking for a Lead Accountant to oversee month-end close activities and drive process improvements. Key ResponsibilitiesLead month-end close process ensuring timely completion of journal entries and reconciliations in accordance with GAAP and IFRS Identify improvement initiatives and drive execution of enhancement proposals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support month-end close and quarterly reporting requirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred 5+ years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls Advanced knowledge of Excel and strong analytical skills Experience with Oracle, SmartView, and Power Query preferred
