Role Description This full-time role as an Irrigation Installation Crew Leader is an on-site position located in Gardner, KS. The Crew Leader will oversee and assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. Daily tasks include supervising a team, managing equipment and supplies, troubleshooting system issues, ensuring proper water distribution, and communicating effectively with team members and clients. Qualifications Proficiency in irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repairExperience in team supervision and project managementKnowledge of water management, troubleshooting, and system optimizationStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to operate and maintain tools and equipment related to irrigation systemsUnderstanding of landscape and irrigation design principles is a plusValid driver's license and ability to commute to Gardner, KSPrevious experience in landscaping or horticulture is beneficial
