We integrate medical care, physical therapy, and advanced fitness testing to deliver high-level, personalized care for active individuals, athletes, and motivated patients who want more from their health.We are growing and looking for a full-time Physical Therapist with a strong sports medicine focus who wants to practice at a higher level—not just volume-based care, but thoughtful, results-driven rehabilitation.Position OverviewThis role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who enjoys working with athletes and active patients, understands biomechanics deeply, and wants to be part of an integrated care model alongside physicians and fitness professionals.You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through recovery and performance optimization, with an emphasis on movement quality, strength, and long-term injury prevention.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuriesDevelop individualized, evidence-based treatment plansGuide patients through exercise therapy, manual therapy, and return-to-sport progressionCollaborate closely with physicians and care team on diagnosis and managementEducate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and long-term healthUtilize performance tools (strength testing, movement analysis, etc.) when appropriateMaintain accurate and timely documentation (EMR: DrChrono)Contribute to a positive, high-performance clinic cultureWhat Makes This Role DifferentSports medicine + primary care integration (not a traditional PT mill)Ability to work with motivated, higher-functioning patients and athletesAccess to advanced tools (fitness testing, performance metrics)Emphasis on quality of care over volumeOpportunity to help build and shape programs (youth athletes, combines, performance services)QualificationsPhysical Therapy- DPT, MPT, PTActive California PT license (or eligible)Strong interest or experience in sports medicine and orthopedicsExperience with strength training, return-to-sport protocols, and movement assessmentExcellent communication and patient engagement skillsGrowth mindset and willingness to innovatePreferred (Not Required):Experience working with athletes (youth, collegiate, or adult)Background in strength & conditioning (CSCS or similar)Manual therapy trainingInterest in performance, longevity, and wellness-based careCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience)Performance-based incentivesHealth benefitsPaid time offContinuing education supportOpportunity for growth into leadership or program development rolesWho This Is Perfect ForSomeone who's tired of high-volume clinics and wants to actually practice at a high level, think critically, and be part of a forward-thinking, performance-driven environment.How to Applyapply directly via LinkedIn
