Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role in Atlanta, GA for a Rooms Operations Manager. The Rooms Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of guest accommodations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Responsibilities managing the front desk, resolving guest inquiries or issues, maintaining operational procedures, and supporting staff training. The role requires fostering a welcoming environment while ensuring efficient workflow and service excellence. Qualifications Leadership and team management abilities to supervise housekeeping and front desk staff effectively.Strong problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and operational challenges promptly.Proficiency in hotel operations, guest services, and basic administrative functions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear direction and positive guest engagement.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
