Substance Use Counselor
Lutheran Social Services seeks a Substance Use Counselor to provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling to individuals and families affected by substance use disorders. In this role, you will complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop and monitor person-centered treatment plans, facilitate individual and group counseling, provide crisis intervention, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and community partners. You'll document services in accordance with regulatory standards, support harm-reduction and recovery-focused approaches, and advance LSS's mission of dignity, inclusion, and social justice for all clients served.
