Shifts Available: Day & Night Shifts (Must be available for both)
Job Summary:
Beehive Grill is seeking a reliable and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that meet our guests’ expectations. You will work directly on the line, ensuring food is cooked to order, plated properly, and delivered in a timely manner. This role is vital to keeping our kitchen running smoothly during both day and night shifts.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and kitchen procedures
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restocking of the cook line throughout your shift
Ensure food is cooked and presented on time, meeting our standards for quality and speed
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation
Set up and break down workstations before and after service
Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen maintenance as needed
Requirements:
Previous line cook or kitchen experience is required (6 months-1 year preferred)
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices
Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
