Hardware Assembler

*Job Summary* We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Hardware Assembler*. * This role involves assembling hardware components, operating grommet machines, conducting final inspections, and performing tasks that require lifting materials up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be comfortable using a variety of hand tools and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment *Responsibilities* * Assemble and install hardware components according to specifications and production drawings. * Operate grommet machines. * Use hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, drills, etc.) to complete tasks. * Perform visual inspections of final products to ensure quality standards are met. * Operate welding machines. * Lift, fold, and move you to 50 pounds regularly. * Work closely with the team to be sure jobs are done in a timely manner. *Qualifications* * Ability to read and understand work orders, job travelers, and material lists. * Knowledge of how to use tools to complete tasks. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. * Team player with good communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
