Lead Patient Care Coordinator

Description
A Lead Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients. This position balances a complex daily workload, with multiple conflicting priorities, while providing superior customer service. They will serve as a resource to the Clinic Manager as well as a mentor to other Patient Care Coordinators by providing support, guidance and training as needed

Required qualifications:
3 years Experience in a Patient Care Coordinator or customer service type role with progressively increasing responsibilities.
2 years Experience in an administrative medical office type role in Providence or 3 years external administrative medical office type role.
Preferred qualifications:
2 years Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
6 months Progressively responsible leadership experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
