Lead Patient Care Coordinator

Description A Lead Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients. This position balances a complex daily workload, with multiple conflicting priorities, while providing superior customer service. They will serve as a resource to the Clinic Manager as well as a mentor to other Patient Care Coordinators by providing support, guidance and training as needed Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Required qualifications: 3 years Experience in a Patient Care Coordinator or customer service type role with progressively increasing responsibilities. 2 years Experience in an administrative medical office type role in Providence or 3 years external administrative medical office type role. Preferred qualifications: 2 years Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience. 6 months Progressively responsible leadership experience. Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
