Program Counselor

New Challenges, Inc. provides services to adults with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses and traumatic brain injuries in residential settings in the south east metro area. NCI is currently hiring for part time evening positions weekdays and weekends. Part time options are available weekday evenings and weekends located in Eagan, Apple Valley, Lakeville, Woodbury, West Saint Paul, Rosemount and Hastings. Duties include but are not limited to: Medication administration Transportation Documentation ADL's Programs Activities De-escalating difficult situations All applicants must have a valid driver's license, have a high school diploma, a vehicle to use while on duty, pass standards for driving history and meet criteria for a DHS background study.
