Client Relations Representative

DescriptionJob Summary: Client Relations Representatives are the front-line liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 CST |Duties/ResponsibilitiesAnswer phone and manage high volume inbound calls-warmly connecting clients to correct departments and/or carrier care centersAssist with walk-in clientsCollaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high quality customer serviceEffectively solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviorTake and upload paymentsPosition RequirementsPosition RequirementsStrong verbal and written communication skillsGreat active listening skills with a patient and empathetic attitudeExcellent interpersonal and rapport building skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsComfortable working in fast-paced environmentsTroubleshooting skills, either basic or advancedComputer literacyPhone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systemsEducation And ExperiencePrior Customer Service Experience desiredAbout the Organization Dimond Bros.
