Shampoo Assistant

Responsibilities Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Shampoo Assistant to join our salon team. In this role, you will provide essential support to stylists and enhance the client experience by offering relaxing and professional shampooing and conditioning services. Key Responsibilities: - Greet clients and guide them to the shampoo area. - Perform thorough shampooing and conditioning of clients’ hair, ensuring comfort and satisfaction. - Assist stylists with preparing clients for various services, including applying treatments or masks. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shampoo area, including washing towels and tools. - Monitor and restock supplies as needed. - Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. - Assist with basic salon tasks, such as answering phones or scheduling appointments, as required.
