Dental Hygienist position for Saturday

Job Description We are looking for a dental hygienist to join our team. This is a part time position for Saturdays. Our practice is well established and family run.Experience is preferred, but not required. Our office runs Dentrix; knowledge of the software is again preferred, but not required. We would like the new hire to be friendly, professional, team oriented, highly motivated with good communication skills and attention to detail.Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Maintain good clinical records, including updating medical/dental historiesPerform dental cleanings, scaling and root planning, take radiographs, apply fluoride, and provide patient education as neededSterilize dental instrumentsMake recall appointments for patientsSolid understanding and application of professional health and safety regulationsMust have a valid license to practice hygieneJob Type: Part-timeBenefits: 401(k) matchingEmployee discountFlexible schedule People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyLicense/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist (Required) Work Location: In person
