Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.Pipe / Mechanical Lead Superintendent – DesalinationWe are seeking a Pipe / Mechanical Lead Superintendent to support field execution for the Corpus Christi Desalination Plant.This role is responsible for leading all mechanical and piping construction activities on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project schedule, quality, and design requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate mechanical and piping construction activities in the fieldSupervise crews, subcontractors, and specialty trades across multiple work frontsOversee installation of process piping, pumps, pressure vessels, valves, and mechanical equipmentEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and construction standardsCoordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Commissioning teamsSupport testing, mechanical completion, commissioning, and system turnover activities What We’re Looking ForProven experience in industrial, water, wastewater, or desalination construction projectsStrong background in mechanical and piping installationExperience leading large field crews and subcontractors on EPC or design-build projectsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong commitment to safety, quality, and field leadershipOSHA 30, NCCER, welding, rigging, or related certifications preferredIf your experience aligns with this opportunity, we encourage you to review the full role and apply.Acciona offers a competitive salary, relocation assistance where relocation is required and approved, 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability benefits, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and more.
