If this sounds compelling, let's talk.You WillDevelop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable software components for our core productsIdentify bottlenecks and performance issues and implement optimization strategiesWork closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and Customer Support, to ensure successful product deliveryMake impactful decisions on the product, code architecture, and processesWork in a highly collaborative engineering environmentMentor and guide junior engineers, contribute to technical discussions and help drive technical decisionsBe a leading voice of engineering in the audio pod as you help grow itYou Have5+ years of frontend software development experience (Vue, React or similar)2+ years of mobile software development (, React , or similar)2+ years of backend software development experience (Go, or similar)Experience in the following: Deploying large-scale web applications in a CI/CD pipelineDefining a well architected frontend codebaseWriting high quality code and testsWorking directly with backend engineers to implement RESTful APIsWorking directly with design/product to build product requirementsWorking with high traffic, performant web applicationsWorking with frontend build systems (e.g., Vite)Mentoring junior engineers and defining best practices in the codeExcellent communication, and teamwork skills, and are detail-orientedInitiative to identify and address problems proactively, finding solutions to improve processes and outcomesAbout RockbotRockbot is an omnichannel media platform committed to elevating customer and employee experiences while fostering stronger connections in real-world spaces.
