Construction Manager - Mission Critical

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of complex, mission‑critical construction projects across the United States. This role will play a key part in managing high‑value, fast‑paced projects where safety, quality, and schedule adherence are critical to success.You will oversee site operations from pre‑construction through close‑out, working closely with owners, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure world‑class project delivery in environments where uptime and reliability are paramount.Key ResponsibilitiesLead on‑site construction activities for mission‑critical projects, including data centers and other critical facilitiesManage project schedules, budgets, quality controls, and safety performanceCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achievedEnforce compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and site‑specific requirementsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and commissioning teams to support seamless project deliveryReview construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersMaintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress and risk updatesSupport commissioning, turnover, and close‑out processesRequired QualificationsMinimum 7–10 years of construction management experience, with significant exposure to mission‑critical or complex technical projectsProven experience managing large‑scale projects in live or high‑reliability environments (data centers highly preferred)Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, and cost controlsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skillsThorough understanding of US construction codes, standards, and OSHA safety requirementsAbility to travel or relocate to project sites as requiredPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related disciplineExperience delivering data center projects for hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise clientsProficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, P6, MS Project)OSHA 30 certification (or higher)
