DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Urology team in Longview, TX. The primary focus of this role will be seeing follow-up patients and post-operative patients, helping to ensure continuity of care and excellent patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide outpatient follow-up care for established urology patientsManage post-operative visits, monitor recovery, and address complications or concernsConduct routine assessments for chronic urologic conditionsOrder and interpret labs, imaging, and urinalysisParticipate in in-office procedures as appropriateEducate patients on treatment plans, medications, and long-term management of urologic conditionsCollaborate closely with supervising physicians, nurses, and clinical support staffMaintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR systemQualificationsCurrent Texas license as a Physician AssistantNational certification (NCCPA)Prior experience in urology, internal medicine, or a surgical subspecialty preferredStrong communication, clinical assessment, and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently while contributing effectively to a teamSchedule & CompensationMonday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
