We build customized production lines (from frying and baking systems to conveyors and inspection technology) that help major food brands produce safe, consistent, and high-quality products efficiently.Why join us?Competitive Compensation: Excellent hourly pay (DOE)401(k)Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life InsuranceGenerous PTO, Sick Time, Vacation, Paid Holidays & Your Birthday OffStable Employer: Decades of steady growth with a strong backlogConsistent Day Shift: Typical hours 7:00am–3:30pm (shop 5:00am–5:30pm)Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, or punch metalsInterpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to complete jobs accuratelySelect and install tooling, adjust machine settings, and ensure precision alignmentMeasure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other toolsPerform rework or fitting adjustments on pieces that fail inspectionHandle and move materials safely, occasionally lifting up to 70 lbsMaintain clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety standardsYou should have most of the following:High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1–2 years of experience operating a press brake or similar CNC machineryStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsHands-on experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometersPhysical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbsExperience in sheet metal, food processing, or sanitary manufacturing industries preferredProven ability to work independently while maintaining quality and accuracyInterested in hearing more?
