Join our team of innovators and help shape the future of sustainable data centers while building a career without boundaries.Key AccountabilitiesMonitor and assess statutory developments, ensuring Serverfarm remains compliant with all applicable lawsEnsure adherence to all relevant regulatory compliance requirements, including datacenter specific standards, IT/security, energy efficiency, and federal/state considerationsEnsure we meet compliance obligations stipulated within client contractsCollaborate with senior leadership to align compliance strategies with business objectives and embed compliance best practices into daily operationsDevelop and implement operational compliance strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risksDevelop, implement and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to support compliance and operational integrityParticipate in risk assessments and internal control reviews, ensuring timely reporting to key stakeholdersManage and organise internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory and industry standards are metDocument compliance breaches, ensuring prompt investigation, remediation, and reportingAct as a key compliance representative in client engagements, addressing compliance-related inquiries, due diligence processes, and contractual obligationsAct as a key liaison with regulators, auditors, and internal leadership, ensuring transparency and adherence to regulatory requirementsLead compliance training initiatives to educate teams on regulatory obligations, ethical standards, and best practicesDrive Change Management initiatives ensuring smooth transitions when implementing regulatory updates and policy changesPromote and maintain the core Values of ServerfarmServerfarm is committed to providing an equal opportunity workplace and offers paid time off, paid holidays, 401k and FULL coverage medical, dental and vision.
