Job SummarySupport the Press Operator in running printing press equipment to produce high‑quality bags safely, efficiently, and on time. Assist with setup, monitoring, quality checks, and basic troubleshooting while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with press setup, operation, and monitoring during production runsVerify correct paper, ink, and materials per job specificationsMonitor print and bag quality; pull samples and complete quality checksMake minor press adjustments to maintain quality and productivityInstall and remove cylinders; set impressions and adjust slitters as neededRead and interpret production orders and complete required documentationFollow all safety, lockout/tagout, and SQF food safety proceduresAssist with troubleshooting, basic repairs, and general housekeepingQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredManufacturing experience preferredMechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to read work orders and follow written and verbal instructionPay & Benefits$22.00/hour startingOvertime pay (40+ hours)Weekly pay11 paid holidaysMedical (Anthem BCBS), Dental (Cigna), Vision (VSP)Company‑paid Life, LTD, and Sickness & Accident insurance401(k) with company matchBenefits:Health benefitsGet in touch:We strive to create a culture that inspires our people to reach their full potential.
