Community health clinic in Northwest Connecticut is currently seeking 2full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join their dedicated staff serving low-income, multicultural population.Staff includes Physicians, Dentists, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Case Managers, Social Workers, and Medical Assistants working in collaboration in providing quality integrative patient-centered care.Qualifications:M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited school. Documented completion of a residency from an accredited institution in an appropriate specialty. Board certification or Board eligibility desirable. Current licensure in State of Connecticut. Valid Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses.Additional info:40hr work weekIdeal candidate has at least 1-2 years experience.Outpatient only practice in Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).One of 46 health centers in the countryand the only one in Connecticutto have the distinction of receiving The National Quality Leader Award from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).Work in a collaborative team environment with excellent support staff.Generous government student loan reimbursement programthru NHSC loan repayment program.Competitive compensation and benefits.Cannot sponsor a visa candidate.Community is located in Connecticuts northwest hills, one of the most desirable places to live in the United States.
