Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role located in Annapolis, MD. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring quality and consistency, providing a welcoming and engaging guest experience, managing cash transactions, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and upholding the highest standards of food and beverage handling practices. You'll work closely with other team members to create an enjoyable and memorable environment for all guests. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a warm and friendly experience for guests.Expertise in Bartending and knowledge of Food & Beverage best practices.Proficiency with Cash Handling, including processing payments and maintaining accuracy in transactions.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay organized under pressure.Prior bartending or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for customers.Must meet the legal age requirements to serve alcohol in Maryland.
