We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor of Reporting and Analysis to oversee daily operations of claims processing and adjustment units. This role will handle internal inquiries, as well as questions from members, providers, and account representatives across all markets. You will be responsible for administering day-to-day activities such as collecting, analyzing, and reporting on vital data and key performance metrics, while also coaching and supporting team members. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESManage responsibilities including hiring, coaching, performance management, and team productivity. Oversee daily operations, create policies, and may hold budgetary responsibilities. Provide service support and training to the team, alongside initiating and implementing necessary process improvements. Ensure accuracy and consistency of information by identifying issues with key performance indicators, facilitating changes, researching questions, and leading data improvement efforts. Ensure all changes to reporting and processes are documented correctly, maintaining consistency and data integrity. Set targets, measure outcomes, and develop plans to address quality, employee retention, financial performance, and customer satisfaction variances. Guide staff development to ensure minimum qualifications are met, providing motivation, evaluations, and disciplinary measures as needed. Communicate changes in processes to enhance organizational mission and vision. Participate in relevant department projects, enhancing reporting processes, data harvesting, and operational streamlining. Perform additional duties as assigned or requested. EDUCATIONRequiredBachelor's Degree in Math, Computer Science, Quantitative Business Analysis, Finance or related field. Substitutions6 years of relevant and progressive experience in Reporting and Analysis may substitute for a bachelor's degree. PreferredMaster's Degree in Math, Computer Science, Quantitative Business Analysis, Finance or related field. EXPERIENCERequired5 years in Reporting or Analytics, including 1 year in a management or team lead capacity. PreferredNone. LICENSES or CERTIFICATIONSRequiredNone. PreferredNone.
