We are proud to be recognized by:* Joint Commission* Uniform Daa System (UDS) - ranked in the top 9% of Rehabilitation Hospitals in 2024* Newsweek Recognition - America's best physical rehabilitation facility in 2024How you'll contributeA speech-language pathologist who excels in this role:* Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.* Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.* Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.* Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.* Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.* Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.* Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
