Bench Store Manager Dash In | Full-Time | SalaryPay Range: $64,000–$77,000 base salaryBonus: Up to 5% annual bonusTerritory: Baltimore (Ellicott City, Bowie, Upper Marlboro)Travel Required: Yes – between assigned locationsThe OpportunityDash In is hiring a Bench Store Manager to support and learn our Delaware market while preparing to take over a store of your own. This role is ideal for experienced restaurant managers, kitchen managers, or multi-unit leaders who want broader operational exposure, real P&L responsibility, and a clear path to becoming a Store General Manager.You’ll train alongside seasoned leaders, step in to run stores when needed, and build the skills required to manage a Dash In location independently once placed.This is not a desk job.
