*Program Manager* *Location:* 100% Remote*Employment Type:* Contract*Anticipated Duration:* 6-12 Months*Role Overview*We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, crossfunctional programs that support cloud and AI customer success initiatives.This role is responsible for driving programs endtoend, partnering with stakeholders and senior leaders to translate strategy into execution, and producing executiveready narratives, enablement materials, and scalable processes.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while managing multiple workstreams in a fastpaced environment.*Purpose of this Role** This role supports teams responsible for designing customer success programs focused on cloud deployment and AI initiatives.* The Program Manager will help ensure customers achieve maximum value and ROI through strong program execution, enablement, and crossteam alignment.*Key Responsibilities*Lead endtoend program execution, including planning, delivery, status reporting, and risk managementPartner closely with top level stakeholders to shape program strategy and ensure alignment across teamsDesign program materials, process maps, narrative content, and fieldready enablement documentationInterface with clients and internal teams on technical and projectrelated matters from initiation through deliveryDrive program schedules, milestones, dependencies, and status reportingOrganize and coordinate crossfunctional activities to ensure programs are completed on time and within budgetCreate or review functional specifications used to inform product and service implementation decisionsProvide product and business leaders with technical, analytical, and program insights*Required Qualifications*5-7 years of experience in project or program managementProven experience working at a strategic and executive levelStrong organizational, navigation, and prioritization skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex workstreamsExperience translating strategy into scalable processes, documentation, and enablement*Strong Candidate Profile Matched for This Role*Experience leading large, crossfunctional programs in a matrixed organizationStrong executive communication and storytelling skillsProactive, selfdirected work style with strong problemsolving capabilityBackground supporting cloud, technical, or AIrelated initiatives (program or enablement focused)*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
